1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms: "Service" refers to the Eagle IPTV streaming subscription, including access to live television channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD) content, Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), and catch-up TV functionality. "Subscriber", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the Service. "We", "us", "our", "Eagle IPTV" refers to the company operating the Service. "Content" encompasses all channels, series, films, and programme metadata made available through the Service. "Credentials" means your unique login information, including M3U URL, Xtream Codes API details, MAC address, username, and password.

2. Description of Service

Eagle IPTV delivers access to an extensive library of entertainment content, including over 40,000 live television channels, more than 180,000 television series, 250,000+ on-demand films, and full EPG data, all streamed over the internet. To access the Service, you require a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for HD content and 25 Mbps for 4K Ultra HD content. We do not supply internet connectivity, hardware, or VPN services. Channel availability is subject to change without prior notice due to broadcaster licensing agreements, regional restrictions, or content provider decisions. We maintain redundant stream sources for major channels to minimise service disruption and ensure a reliable viewing experience.

3. Account Eligibility and Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription.
• You bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes, MAC address, username, password).
• Each subscription permits use on the number of devices specified in your chosen plan (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 simultaneous connections).
• Sharing Credentials with individuals beyond your purchased connection limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
• You are accountable for all activity conducted under your account.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and geographic location to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regional licensing restrictions.

4. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

• All plans are prepaid for the selected duration: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€) based on your location and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your Service will expire at the end of the purchased period. We will send reminder notifications 7 days and 1 day before your subscription expires.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial with no payment required. No credit card information is needed for the trial.
• Reseller credits are available for business partners and are subject to separate terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast our Service or any content obtained through our Service to third parties.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations, bypass geographical restrictions, or exceed connection limits.
• Share your account publicly, on forums, or with individuals outside your household beyond your purchased connection limit.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers, infrastructure, or software.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service.
• Record, download, or archive content for redistribution or commercial use.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime for all subscribers across our multiple server locations (UK, EU, and US). We are not responsible for downtime caused by:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network issues
• Your device, hardware, or local network configuration
• Third-party broadcasters or content providers
• Government restrictions or regulatory changes
• Extreme weather or natural disasters affecting infrastructure

We provide 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and Telegram to resolve any issues you encounter. Our Anti-Freeze technology and redundant server infrastructure ensure a premium viewing experience with minimal buffering.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the instant digital nature of our IPTV service, all sales are final after your account has been activated and your credentials have been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test compatibility with your devices and internet connection before making a purchase. This trial period is the opportunity to evaluate the Service risk-free with full access to our 40,000+ channels and 250,000+ movies.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

• Our servers are completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we cannot provide an alternative solution.
• You were charged twice for the same order or subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, brand assets, and software belong exclusively to Eagle IPTV. The "Eagle IPTV" name, logo, and associated trademarks are our registered intellectual property. The channel content accessible through our Service is provided via licensed content aggregators and remains the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters and rights holders.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and view the content through our Service for your own entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, redistribution, or public exhibition of the content is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not own the broadcasted channels. We are an IPTV access provider only and do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, programme, or content at any time. Channel lineups are subject to change based on broadcaster agreements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of IPTV services is legal in your country or jurisdiction. • Content changes or channel removals by broadcasters
• Device compatibility issues not identified during the free trial

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of our Service, staff, or support team
• Fraudulent activity or chargeback initiation
• Sharing login credentials beyond your purchased connection limit
• Excessive bandwidth usage that negatively impacts other subscribers

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to Terms

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
